We start with a structured conversation: your goals, training history, lifestyle, any injuries or health considerations. No pressure. No sales pitch. Just a proper assessment so we build the right plan from the start.
You'll receive a full report and a tailored programme. Sessions in the studio are structured and progressive. Independent training is supported with clear guidance, not left to guesswork.
Coaching isn't a set-and-forget plan. Sessions include regular reviews, and your programme adjusts as you progress. We track what matters and change what isn't working.
Physical training produces results. But the reason most people don't sustain those results isn't a lack of effort, it's that the habits, patterns, and pressures of their daily life were never addressed.
WellCo coaching integrates the physical programme with the behavioural reality behind it. That means looking at routines, sleep, nutrition timing, stress, movement patterns, and the actual triggers that get in the way, not just the recipes, sets and reps.
This is what distinguishes ongoing coaching from a personal training session. And it's why the results hold.

My academic background spans sports performance and strength and conditioning science, covering anatomy, physiology, movement coaching, nutrition, sport and exercise psychology, sports coaching and skill acquisition, rehab and injury management, alongside the applied personal training qualification I use every day.
